Can I join?
The network has been set up with the premise of being for HR people, which, our feedback shows, our members really value. Network members are either internal HR - standalone, or part of a wider team, or consultants who maybe work for a number of companies. We'd strongly recommend that any consultants considering joining, should deal with everyday HR issues, as opposed to consultants working on a particular HR related project. For example, we wouldn't suggest that someone merely doing leadership training, job evaluation, or setting up a benefits and reward scheme, should join. Who will I be joining?
First and foremost, you’ll be joining other HR Professionals from a wide range of organisations and industries in the South West, at all different stages of their career. It’s a friendly group!
